When I went to the shops on Saturday there was a lady serving me who kept saying “alright my love” and she reminded me so much of Mary from Hot Fuzz

Tumblr isn't here just for a select few to post things and then have their stuff reblogged. It's not up to you to police Tumblr and to tell people what they are and are not allowed to post. I don't see you bitching about everyone who keeps posting the same interview over and over again or the same pictures of Ben over and over again.
First of all, I’m not actually the only person getting angry here, it is pissing lots of people off.
Secondly, I have said this same thing many times before when I have seen the same picture of Benedict posted in the Simon tag over and over. Fortunately, the interview (which I’m assuming is Simon’s ‘the truth about Benedict’ clip) is at least posted once in a blue moon. This is fifty of the same thing in a row.
Thirdly, I’m not trying to ‘police tumblr’. It’s called common sense. What is so amazingly different about posting it yourself as opposed to reblogging it from someone else? Is it to get the notes yourself? I don’t understand why reblogging it from someone else, when it is already at your fingertips thanks to another person, is so terrible and difficult. When all you have to do is click reblog rather than capturing a screenshot, saving it, posting it, tagging it etc, why is it so terrible to just reblog it from someone else instead of posting the same thing hundreds of times over and breaking the tag. We all know how easily tumblr can crash and tags can go haywire.
I’m sure you would be just as pissed off if someone was clogging up and risking breaking the Benedict tag.
All I’m asking is that people stop posting the same thing over and over again when it is already right there for you to enjoy.
Seriously guys, I’m not even joking. And these don’t even include the screenshots posted before the latest additions. As you can see there are clearly many posts to choose from so just reblog instead of posting a new one. WHY IS THAT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND?
Can we please stop posting that bloody twitter conversation in the Simon tag? People keep posting it with the caption “Has anyone seen this yet?” but if you would just take two seconds to look in the tag, you’d see that it has been posted about sixty times already. I get that the convo is amusing to people but come on, guys. It’s clogging up the tag, just reblog it from someone else.
